When is it a war, and when is it a protest?

Well, At least we know that in Bosnia, It's a protest if police are fired upon with automatic weapons. Oh, and apparently, there were grenades too.

Then, it's a "flashpoint town"!

In Iraq, it's a civil war, a quagmire, an unpopular war, a trouble-plagued region, a headache for the administration. But in Kosovo, it's a ""flash point town". And, I'm thinking if those were American troops in Iraq, They would have "suffered a humiliating defeat".

The propaganda war continues unabated.
